Hint workout with dumbbells
Here's a dumbbell workout that you can perform at home or in the gym. You can train your whole body a workout or two workouts you can do so:
Training with dumbbells 1 - legs, arms, biceps
- Squats with dumbbells on one foot (or both feet);
- Lunges with dumbbells in hands;
- Curl dumbbell alternative (standing or sitting on the bench);
- Flexii Hammer cu Gantert;
- Ramat a dumbbell arm;
- Dead lift with dumbbells;
Training with dumbbells 2 - shoulders, chest, triceps
- Lateral rises with dumbbells;
- Driven by the neck with dumbbells;
- Extension of arm overhead dumbbell;
- Extension arm with dumbbell rear;
- Driven by the chest with dumbbells in horizontal / inclined;
- Waving dumbbell side.
Repeat each exercise 2 times a week, working by 3 sets of each exercise (a number of heating), each with 10 to 12 reps with 60 second breaks between sets and 120-180 seconds between exercises.
No UIA to warm up properly before exercise and do some stretching exercises after training.
