However, the main cause of disease is stress.

Vegetative-vascular dystonia in children is often a response to the hormonal surge and inconsistency in the speed of development of the cardiovascular and muscular systems among schoolchildren, which are superimposed on the intensity of the training process.

In particular, often cerebral dystonia in children occurs during or after the exam. A teenager can complain about headaches, dizziness, nausea, fortunately, these ailments are not dangerous and go away with age.

As for adults, the most sluggish of disease, without disturbing the human, and appears punctually in the offseason, overload, emotional breakdown or weakening the immune system. We all tend to not take this disease seriously, often without even knowing of its existence-and quite in vain!

The fact of the matter is that from the first signs of VVD (vegetative-vascular Dystonia) in just a single step before the lack of blood supply to the brain, which in turn significantly increases the risk of stroke, which is the 2-3 timesdetermining psychological age dependence of human biological age from "mental".

Causes of IRR: risk factors - The most powerful risk factors for vegetative-dystonia are:

•    Nervous tension, constant stress;
•    Bad habits (smoking, alcohol, etc.);
