David P Workout
Hello, look I always get asked "David how do you keep yourself in such great shape?" by co-workers and family and friends. I decided to share one of my exercise routines. I call this routine the "David P workout" You can do this work out anytime of the day, and anywhere at home, at work, in the park pretty much anywhere. I will list it in point form.
I personally do 1 set of 60 reps for each exercise, with no breaks and what I mean by no breaks is I take less then 30 seconds to go from one exercise to the next, however go at your pace and take a break if you need to. If you have to take a break it shouldn't be more then 60 seconds.
A really good way to know what your max is: The last 3 reps that you do have to be the toughest to do. For example if your target is 20 reps for each exercise to start this routine, 18,19, and 20 have to be hard. Not hard enough that you can't get to 20, and not easy enough that makes you think you can do more 20. Every time it gets to easy add 10 more reps to your set. One more thing I don't plan on getting sued by any of you, so if your dealing with health issues make sure you check with a doctor first before you do this routine. Alright now that I got that out of the way here is the routine.
- Jumping Jacks
- Push Ups
- Leg Raises (If your 20reps. It's 20 reps for each leg. Not 10-10
- Plank Crunches (Same as leg raises)
- Jumping Jacks
That's it. Do this routine everyday. Get your 60 minutes of Cardio, eat 5 times a day, don't eat anything after 7:30 pm and you will be on your way to having a healthy, lean, ripped body.
