The Best Beard Trimmers of 2016
I bought the best beard trimmer of my life in 2014 - the Philips Norelco 9100 - but it is now getting a little bit on the old side.
I actually run a blog on beards, male grooming tips and just other general beard stuff, and so i get sent things all the time. Usually it's stuff like beard oils, beard balms, and combs and whatever. Generally I don't get sent trimmers because the companies are really big (Philips, Panasonic etc) as opposed to the oil and balm manufacturers who are generally quite small, authentic and homemade.
Therefore I usually plow most of the money that the blog makes (which isn't a lot I'll add!) into picking up trimmers on amazon. I have 16 beard trimmers now, and have tried them all for at least two weeks, but the 9100 was always my 'go to' trimmer.
The other day, however, I stumbled upon a new trimmer, again by Philips. It's the best trimmer I've ever used. Honestly, it's so far ahead of anything I've used before (and I would like to add that I have never used a luxury trimmer that may cost $300 or $400) and the technology is incredible.
It's called the Philips Norelco 7300 and you can see the article where I ranked it number one on My Man Beard, which is my site!
I'm using my faceplate profile as a kind of 'talk shop' for what I like and dislike, and this seemed like a fitting opening, as it was my Christmas present to myself and is fresh in the mind!
I'm sure I'll post up something less positive soon, but trying to keep the January blues away for now!
