Weight loss The problem is you are always Hungry

Because of recent events I recently conducted an informal survey.  I asked 20 women several questions.  Here are the questions and their responses.

1.  Have you ever been on a diet?   20 out of 20: Yes

2.  Would you say it was successful  15: Yes  5: No

3.  What would you say was the biggest problem with the diet?  18: I was always hungry. 2: I hated the food.

4.  Have you kept the weight off?  19: No  1: Almost all of it.

5.  Why?  20 of 20:  I went back to my old habits.

  Seems the majority of the ladies knew what and how much they should eat. The problem was that they were always hungry and when they came off the diet, they did not have the resistance they needed not to satisfy that hunger.  

So here's the question; What if you just didn't get hungry?  Could you lose or keep the weight off then?

A lot of people find losing weight to be a very big challenge and quite a large number fail miserably.
