Therefore it can become very important to reduce your belly fat. By reducing belly fat you must be aware that you will also lose fat all over the body not just from your mid-section. So how can you actually lose belly fat?

The simplest and most healthy way to lose belly fat is to introduce a healthy diet, this can be achieved by eating 5-6 smaller meals as apposed to 2-3 larger ones per day. It is important that you do not allow yourself to go hungry for long periods of time as this will slow your metabolism down, thus, slowing your fat burning too.

When you are not eating regular meals for many hours at a time the blood sugar level drops causing binge eating. It does not matter whether you are a man or woman the answer to losing belly fat are the same.
