One of the biggest problems of inexperienced bodybuilders is that they have a fixed schedule. Repeating the same exercise indefinitely in the same order, usually made about the same weight leads to stagnation.

Athlete will increase time on a fixed schedule that will increase substantially due to increasing hardships natural strength. Only that force does not increase indefinitely and after a year or two, advances are drastically reduced and the rookie does not know what to do.

If you want to progress, you must be aware of the importance of nutrition . After you have passed the beginner stage, overall mass and strength increase only if you take weight.

Arnold said that for every 2-3cm arm must take 7kg in weight. In other words, you need to eat seriously and rely on supplements for this. I use Ideal Protein in the morning, right after the gym, and bars Whey bars a few times a day.

I think that is the ideal combination for me allows 3 types of protein, each with its qualities, during the day, plus I eat: chicken or beef and milk 0% fat. Do not forget to sleep 8 hours a day.

Try to follow this training, nutrition and rest, just for 4-5 months, and you will look substantially better.
