Train Your Appetite
This is a slim e-book that I wrote a number of years ago. Not being a marketer, never got round to doing much with it. Though at this time of year we all need a bit of help with weight control. There is nothing painful about this.
It is merely about training your appetite and ability to eat too much. From my life in horseracing . You will find out how to stay slim. Never put the weight back on. The worst part of losing weight is knowing you will put it back on. Read this you wont.
