Time for a Little Spring Cleaning!

It's spring cleaning time! And I don't mean the garage. With spring just around the corner, it's time to cleanse our bodies too.

Prevention is the best medicine, and frequent body cleanses can help us avoid major health problems later. Cleansing also gives us an opportunity to start living a healthier lifestyle. With the stresses of modern living and the constant exposure to chemicals and denatured food, detoxifying the body becomes a necessary means to good health.

Ideally, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we should eat only fresh organic whole foods, get plenty of exercise and fresh air, and achieve quality rest patterns every day. But this regime is almost impossible for most people to maintain.
