So, just by cutting down on your fructose intake can significantly reduce weight gain and body fat By simply reducing your soft drink intake, or even eliminating it all together can allow you to lose around 40 pounds of excess body fat in just a few short months
So what do we do once we've decided to give up soft drinks? There is a much healthier and cheaper alternative. What about trying some green tea for example.! It can even be brewed, then cooled and used as iced tea too. Green tea has been proved to raise your bodies metabolism and actually help burn fat.
Here are some good examples for a healthy and varied diet....
Turkey and Chicken (with the skin removed of course)
Citrus Fruits, pears, Berries and Apples
Hot Peppers, cauliflower and Broccoli
Oily fish such as sardines, tuna and salmon, all which are high in Omega 3,
that actually aid in the fat burning process.
Nuts and Olive Oil which contain non-saturated fats
Whole Grains and Oatmeal
Foods high in protein such as Beans, Eggs and Natural Peanut butter( less additives than the regular kind)
You do not have to cut out all the foods you enjoy, but simply reducing the amount of calories will help in the fight to lose belly fat.
