Losing weight is not as easy as what people think . I completely agree with him .

Do not fool yourself into thinking it is easy to use and that you will lose 50 pounds in a month or two without even trying. Thousands of people sign up for a new gym membership every day , and within less fat than four weeks, they've been thrown in the towel , never to step foot in a gym again. Do not be like them.

I'm not trying to discourage you , I want you to succeed and believe in yourself and realize that you can and will transform your life, and you will transform your fat loss factor body first , one step at a time .

When I first started my quest for weight fat loss , I started to like what most people do - the heart . Yes , our favorite against a common enemy . I am very keen to lose my belly and I approach a trainer for help. Trainer suggest me a lot of heart . So, I've been doing a lot of brisk walking a steady speed ( I had to walk at first because my knees could not support my upper body fat weight) . And then I did a light shoulder press , bench press, and got knows how many crunches and other abs exercises . And my disbelieve, I only lost 1 pound after 1 month. Believe me, the amount of effort put in , it was just not worth it to lose 1 pound . After all, I have to pay for a trainer so you just lose 1 pound . So, I've decided to do their own research. And I've compiled a series of exercises , changed little resistance, which then form my Fat Boy workout plan.Click here more information:
