BURN OUT YOUR CALORIES AT YOUR CHAIR

Tired of working..no??then tired of sitting still in front of a system for hours???yes?? thats our current status.we are under a compulsion to be glued to the seats for more than 8 hours a day.sounds too bad for the ones planning for a weight loss.this system makes us stressed,irritates our eyes,may lead to black marks,black circles,white heads,black heads....sounds yewwww.so lets focus on our task  of burning calories in our situation.

DONT LEAN FRONT:

first of all,dont get sticked to your laptops for hours.sit erect.adjust your posture.initially we do this.then gradually we lean towards the monitor.lack of conciousness.comfort yourself.watch out everyone and their work for a second.you will be concious.change your posture often.dont be a statue.sit at the edge of the chair.think like you have an acting chair.this will force your entire weight on your body.this posture will fight calories faster.infact its actually a yoga.dont continue for a long time(an hour) with this posture.then you will suffer severe pain.
MOVE A LOT:
for feet:
initially rotate your left feet clockwise,anticlockwise.repeat this with the right leg.now rotate together.move your feet up,down,side to side.this works for few calories but still helps well in blood circulation.
for hands:
dont always place your hands on your table except while typing.close your fingers and open often.stretch your hands.bend your elbows.move your hands up.do magic with your hands.if you have elastic bands ,then its well and good.you can stretch your hands with it.your muscles gets stertched.
for shoulders:
hold your shoulders tight.then relax your shoulders.rotate your fore arms front and back.this makes you get relaxed.shake hands with your neighbours.you will feel good.
for legs:
make your legs parallel to the floor by holding it straight and 45 degrees to your body.hold it for some time.down your legs.repeat this for several times.this works pretty good.
for eyes:
rotate your eyes.just look at the windows,outside.dont continuously look the monitor.look here and there for every 10 minutes.it will make prevent your eyes from getting irritated.
for neck:
turn up and down,side to side.stretch yourself.dnt turn around suddenly as it may damage your neck.fidget yourself in a lot of ways.
for abs:
hold your thighs tight for some time and then relax.repeat the same for 10  times in an hour.this makes you feel good and also no one comes to know about it.
ITS TIME TO GET UP:
dnt be glued to the seats.go and get your needs from the neighbour instead of asking him to do.use upstairs and not elevators.atleast get up for every one hour.this will make your cells active even when you feel drowsy.move out.have fresh air.
WALK AND TALK:
even though its an older method,it works pretty good.for every minute you speak you are exercising even if it is not noticed.
HAVE WATER:
have plenty of water.this will take out the total body heat and good at burning calories.you may take one glass of water for every hour.then you may take a walk to refill the bottle.
CRACK JOKES:
you can spend your coffee time with your friends by funny tasks.you can crack jokes.laugh atleat for 20 minutes per day.this helps you out in many ways.makes you relaxed,burns your calories,makes you active and fresh.so you never get tired even after your works.
