We all, at some point in our live would like to know the best diets for belly fat as a broad waistline is not liked by many. Belly fat being the main reason for this. Not only does it make you look un-shapely but it can be emebarrassing for many. So thus, the question is asked, how can i get rid of excess belly fat?

The following methods, i believe are some of the best ways to help achieve this.

Exercises that can help eliminate belly fat.

It comes without saying that you simply cannot lose belly fat without losing fat from other areas of your body too. It can be difficult to try to lose belly fat without losing fat elsewhere. Therefore, the goal is to remove fat from your entire body not just the midsection. Regular physical exercise can make this possible. One of the best, and proven ways to achieve this is by doing cardiovascular exercises.

Cardio simply burns more calories than any other type of strength training. As the body cells are working a lot faster there is a higher demand for glucose and oxygen. Your usual supply of glucose would not be enough to meet the demands of increased energy. As weight is being lost the body uses up stores of fat in order to produce the glucose that it needs. This process too needs oxygen. The blood cells throughout the body absorbs the oxygen as it is needed. As the heart beats faster whilst pumping blood around the body oxygen is used to help the fat burning process.

By doing this increases your heartbeat rate. As the heartbeat increases so the fat burning process increases too. In saying this, exercise is one of the best ways to burn belly fat. The most common forms of cardio exercises are skipping, jogging, cycling, aerobic exercise, running and swimming. Each or any of these exercises should be carried out for a minimum of at least 30 minutes. This will help greatly in due time as your diet progresses.

So, in order to lose that unwanted belly fat you must work harder by increasing your usual everyday routines. Abdominal exercises are a good way to lose belly fat as you are isolating the muscles in that area. Examples of these are the seated twist, crunches, side crunches, side bend, hip lift and torso twist.

Lifting weights can also help and is another good way to burn belly fat. Including weights in your workout increases the metabolism so burning more fat. Regular weight training exercises will help you achieve better looking shoulders, abdominals and arms.

Foods that help burn belly fat. A healthy diet has to be used alongside any training routine. In order to help achieve this a diet thats high in protein with moderate carbohydrates and very little fat should be used. The diet should also be high in fiber too. The combination of protein and fiber requires the body to burn more calories whilst digestion takes place. These types of food stay in your stomach longer as they are harder to digest. Both foods make you feel fuller for longer thus preventing overeating.

Some of the best foods to help eliminate belly fat are artichoke, peppers, salmon and advocado. These should be included in your diet and eaten regularly. Advocado believe it or not has a high level of protein . Salmon contains good natural oils such as omega 3 and is also rich in protein.

There are approximately 10 grams of fiber in one serving of artichoke. Peppers can also help lower fat levels as they make you feel less hungry. Beware of certain types of food such as excessive salt, processed food, sugar and trans fats. Processed foods contain high levels of sugar and fats. Too much salt can lead to water retention making you feel bloated.

One of the simplest ways to help eliminate belly fat is to drink plenty of water, at least 8-10 eight ounce glasses should be consumed every day. Water helps cleanse the body by detoxification, boosts the metabolism and makes you feel fuller too. Stress can also lead to weight gain, so try to lead a more stress free lifestyle.

With the combination of a good healthy diet and regular exercise it is possible to get rid of that ugly belly fat and lead a much more stress free lifesyle all at the same time.
