Stock your kitchen with lean meats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Always keep on hand a tray of raw vegetables, a can of ready-to-drink lean protein shakes and some homemade ranch dressing at all times(using Greek yogurt).

Well, due to the high-caloric, nutrient-deficient foods available today, the toxins in our food, water and air supplies, and lack of enough physical activity, our bodies have become sluggish and stuck in a fat storing mode, making it very difficult to lose weight.  Are you overweight? Don't forget to drink at lease 16-23 ounces of water through the day after each meals. At lunch you can have anything you desire but not over 600-calories. After lunch snack and dinner must be Protein only meals. Please drink only warm or room temperature water.
