A lot of self-published authors believe that if they already have an eBook they are set and they don’t have to publish a printed version of their book. Well there are still a lot of reasons to provide your book in a printed edition even if you have already published it as an eBook.

Book Signings
Book signings instantly comes in to an author’s mind, what would you sign when you will set up that book signing event in your friendly neighborhood bookstore? Well, you can also digitally sign a Kindle book but then again there will be no fun in that. There is something special when it comes to setting up a table in a bookstore and having all of your affectionate fans come out only to get a signed copy of their book that will soon be a collector's edition from their favorite author.

Making It Available In Libraries
Libraries are more than happy to accept your book if it is in a printed version and getting your book into the neighborhood library has numerous advantages including networking prospects, such as speaking invitations, book signing events and if anybody asks you is your book in the library you can tell them it is.

How You Will Be Benefited?
An added advantage that a lot of people don’t think about is that, with your book in print you would be able to sell a lot more eBooks. Because, if you are offering the printed version of your boot for $9.99 and your eBook for $2.99 that can be read through kindle or InDesign, then people will instinctively notice that buying an eBook is a bargain in contrast to purchasing it in print. This advertising campaign is made a lot better by the fact that when a person goes online to purchase your book they will surely notice that they can save a lot of money, which will in turn attract them towards buying an eBook version, instead of buying a print edition. It happens due to money-saving streak, but then if it works and the sales of your book increases, you will be surely benefited from it.

There are still a huge number of people in this world that don’t have a Kindle, InDesign or any other book reading gadget, it is hard to believe, but then it’s true and they would not like to move from printed books to Kindle or any other device.
