Use ecochange system to serve draft beer

Jul 10th 2015 at 3:13 AM

Start a beer bar and serve draft beer. Serve the drink chilled and make arrangements for serving drinks to a number of customers at a time. Make a supply line and attach multiple kegs to the line. Also assemble a changeover system to draw beer from kegs.

The changeover system would draw drink from the kegs one by one. When the first keg empties, the changeover would open the second keg and then third and fourth. There could be more than four kegs attached to the supply line. The ecochange would also prevent the froth from the last keg.

The system has a FOB button attached to it. The FOB is set on the supply line and its job is to plug the supply as soon as the last keg empties. It senses emptying keg from flow of the drink. You won’t need cleaning the supply line after the last keg empties as the FOB would block the flow of gas from emptying keg to the supply line.

When all the kegs are empty, replace the kegs and open the supply line after venting out the gas trapped in the FOB and changeovers. Take this precaution before resuming supply and start serving freshly brewed draft beer to your customers. It is easy and another advantage of using the ecochange is that it would improve beer flow. With FOB, you would draw more pitchers from kegs.

FOB saves a pitcher on a keg. With multiple kegs, you would get more pitchers to serve and more pitchers would mean more revenue. There would be no froth on drink as the FOB would block the passage for gas to enter into the supply line and mix with drinks. The changeover system can be set in a hassle free manner as it is non-intrusive.

You won’t need making any changes in the supply line or assembly of kegs to install the changeover. It needs no attachments, equipment or electricity as it works manually. It makes a system of beer supply and maintains the system for smooth supply. The ecochange would turn your beer business into a profitable venture.

It would be difficult for a bartender to serve beer without a FOB but it is better to make a system instead of using a FOB on a keg. A system would allow you serve beer from multiple kegs. In this way, you would be able to continue serving beer without worrying about changing emptying kegs.
