Sources of gaps of e-learning assessors

The vocational industry has proven to grow super fast over the last few years. Amazingly, it has not stopped growing up to now. On the other hand, the government has come into play by chipping in funds to facilitate apprenticeship for student leavers that have no enough funds to progress to the university level.  This has indeed helped to save many desperate situations as well as aiding in creating job opportunities. Let us look at some of  the reasons why assessors have gained popularity than ever before

Government support

The government can be highly accredited for the assessor courses opportunities that are evident today. By funding apprenticeship programs, this has provided a golden chance for assessors’ job opportunity. At the same time, it has given hope for future to many school leavers whose dreams would have been shattered due to lack of finances. They are able to achieve some careers even without having gone to the university.

A policy has been launched demanding high levels of qualifications for any assessor. This only means that assessors that are substandard only have to decline to have their skills upgraded. If every parent managed to finance their children university fee, it would be unnecessary to have assessors. However, this is a situation that hardly ever exists in any place.
