JEE Main Syllabus

Joint engineering examination syllabus is a listing of topics and sub-topics precise by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). These are the topics which a student had covered as in Class 11 and Class 12 to prepare the Joint Entrance Examination next year.

In general, there have been no key changes in the syllabus of the exam in the last few years. Whereas, it is same as AIEEE and the CBSE syllabus for subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Class XI and Class XII.

At “AIEEE coaching”, we educate students to make wise decisions. When students go to purchase the books for JEE entrance exam, he/she should never ask the book shop owner to choose the books for them. They only suggest books which are offering them maximum commission.

Please take a note that there are hardly any good books in the market today targeting only the JEE Main exam, because it is still a new concept. But there are a few brilliant books ruling the markets for decades that can be used for reference of the overall JEE preparation. There are some AIEEE books too that a student can use for JEE Main preparation.

Here in our article, we have listed few books for subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics which are considered best for JEE Main books for engineering exam aspirants.  Please take a look.

• Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma having Volume 1 and Volume 2

• NCERT books (refer them for Theory)

• IIT chemistry by O.P Tandon

• IIT Mathematics by R.D Sharma
