Another exercise is The Plank. This will help you to strengthen your stomach. The process is simple. Lie down and let your face see the floor and raise your back of the floor by balancing with your elbow and toes. Hold for 10 seconds and release yourself. Repeat this for 15-20 times.

Besides all the exercise and dietary tips you also need to keep yourself healthy and hygienic so that you can look good and confident. You need to keep your surroundings and environment clean and tidy to be hygienic.
