Comment on people's faceplate and more! New features released ...

Jul 7th 2010 at 10:32 PM

Well, the development team here has been hard at work to bring you even more features ... here's what's new ...

  • Your faceplate now has a nice tabbed layout structure for better organization of your content and greater functionality for people that are viewing it.

  • You can now comment on someone's faceplate!  To do this, you simply "write on their face" ... which can be found in those nice new tabs we created :)  Please note that by default all comments that people leave on your faceplate are automatically posted.  If you want to manually approve these comments, then click on that little "privacy options" link and check off the option to approve comments before they get posted.

  • You can also add a link to your website (if you have one) under the "other ways to connect" section of your faceplate on the left side.  To add this, just go under the "social links" section of your faceplate editor and add the link there.

  • We have also added some new banner sizes to the "links and tools" section.  There is also a nice little "IM" badge (icon) which fits nicely along other social website badges on your blog or website.  More referral stuff will be out soon as well.

There is still a lot more to come, including the groups and discussions which should be available very soon.  Please keep an eye on this news section for details.

Are you just referring to the new banners we added? Try doing a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl + F5) and see if that helps. I can assure you that they are there.

IS IT JUST ME or is it TRUE that these banners DO NOT DISPLAY! Please confirm this as I have tried several browsers and the banners are still not visible!

I like the new layout and the idea of "writing on everyone's face" is a catchy concept. I am already using the new banners to promote this great program. Steven Wagstaff
