Do follow forum list is important to get good back links . Add links to Do follow forum will give your site free traffic and also build the link system back to your site. Before to go farther I will solve a simple question : What is do follow and no follow?
Do follow link is a link which can help your site by using a back link, it is counted by Google. With more back links from good sites , your site will have a higher rank on Google. While No follow is opposite, Google does not count it.

If your page is in the first rank with high volume traffic, your site will have a good targeted traffic. The Page Rank and Search Engine Results Position varies, this will change by time with some effort of Internet marketer.

You can easily check the page rank with Google Page rank checker www.prchecker.info. And on do follow site, I did not find any site can check likes this.
I use Mozilla FireFox Internet browser, it can add some useful plug in for SEO( Search Engine Optimization). I add NoDoFollow tool by zacharyfox . In a page, if I want to know which is Do Follow or No Follow, I just clicked right click and chose NoDofollow , then the links with red color are No Follow and links with blue color are Do Follow. Just one step and you will know what is a do follow site. I also add SEO Status PageRank/Alexa toolbar byRuby Web. Whenever I go to a site, or page, the toolbar will show the Page Rank, Alexa Rank of site.

The next is how to add a correct signature. The signature you add at Do Follow forum should have your keyword, or your site name. If you want to promote your hubpages article you must put the key word with hubpages links.

Your suggestion of the tool NoDoFollow is great. I hadn't heard of it. I always just hit Crtl U to see the source code for the page and then would search the html for the links to see if they were do follow or not. This simple Do Follow Tool is so much better. I just downloaded it. Thanks for the suggestion.
