· Yes, EFT is about tapping. It seem like a strange way to address a health issue but it works.

· I have not read "The power of Meridian Tapping." I am a certified EFT practitoner and I have been using EFT for about 3 years now. Also I am certified on the Emotion Code too. This energy work is really exciting. You can identify emotions from ones past and remove the feelings around them which helps that person get better.
