That's a good question, I know.
One that I will answer for you.
So how do you know if a pay plan is right for you. The answer is real simple, and
here it is:
1. The compensation plan that works with the numbers
2. Average people (part-timers) can build and prosper.
The numbers are reality, you've got to work with them or kiss your business bye bye.
NOTE: A company that let's YOU personally sponsor someone and then you can place them
anywhere in your group to maximize their dollar payout. YOU build trust and retention that way.
AVOID ANY COMPENSATION PLANS THAT:
* Limits your strategy to place your personally sponsored people anywhere you want
* Forces you to go wide
* Doesn't reward you for building depth
* Won't work for average part time people
Crunch those numbers and work with and not against them. They're like gravity.
In closing choose a pay plan that works with the numbers and for the majority.

part-time people. They can get paid too. You want to be careful of the company you join. Be sure you read the policies and procedures before you sign on the
dotted line.
