After all was said and done, on Sunday the US Disabled Water Ski Team won the overall World Championships for the second time in a row, the first time in history of the Worlds that has been accomplished. I was fortunate and honored to have been on both Teams. I have trained hard and was recently recognised as being the only skier from Indiana, let alone Indianapolis, with a great multi-media story on the front page of the Indianapolis Star last Wed, August 24th...how cool is that?

Evidently, about 46 miles NE of Indianapolis, in Greentown, there was an earthquake this morning around 7:50 AM. They say it was a 4.6 on the Richter scale. That is kinda big, I guess. Not a decimating quake by any stretch of the imagination. I don't think it raised a ripple of a Tsunami out at the retention pond behind my Condo.
