How can l domain name be for free?

Just discovered a place you can now register for a free domain name may be not quite as good as a .net or .com but lam going to try it out for my affilate links, the benfits l see you have no ugly looking affilate link and brands you a lot more proffesonaly when sharing afffilate links for a product or service. here is the website bellow please let us know your thoughts l am very interested to here your thoughts on using this a optonal way for marketing affilate products.
