These are fairly simple and easy to use on any TE that has this option, but not a lot of people really use them. Why? Because, most of them don't understand how it works or how to add thier program. (referral link)
These builders can help those members that have problems getting referrals,because of maybe their surfing habits,or don't have a a lot of time to surf enough for enough people to see their opportunity and get sign ups.
Let me explain a little on how they work and benefit you.
Members add their referral links in the "Add Program" section or "Downline Builder" section, depending on how the Traffic Exchange is set up. Then they can add a description of what they are promoting, this is a must, no description the less chance you will get any sign ups. If they like what they see they click on the link you submitted. They sign up, theres your referral.
How easy is that?
Very easy.
Look at it this way, say you are a free member and you are only allowed 3 sites, which is pretty much maximum all around for free members, but you want to really add more, use the downline builder to add more. You just doubled your exposure on that site to get more sign ups.

I wrote a blog the other day (http://redlinetraffic.blogspot.com) and suggested something similar. I suggested people lose a lot of exposure because they don't take advantage of the downline builder.
