· I've just read the comment from winterperkins. Are you part of some weight loss program? Did you lose 80 pounds??? Please,please, share with me if you did because am in the obese catagory and desperately need to find a way to lose this weight which is killing me!!!!

· Wow congrats Jolaine! :) 80 lbs is no easy feat that's for sure! Thanks so much for your words of encouragement. As of today I'm at 25 lbs lost. It does make you feel SO much better. It's funny what I find the energy to do now that I'm not lugging tons of extra weight around. I'm not as tired, my poor joints don't hurt as much, and I just feel great.
