|Welcome to Heartbreak Conditioning
This training is not for the light hearted, so if you're not truly ready to train to your peak and beyond don't bother to read, study or participate in Heartbreak Conditioning Programs or Courses.
We at Heartbreak Conditioning are firm believers in "you get what you put in" and some may argue that fact that "I train smart" which is the excuse for not giving it everything, but we've got an answer for that, why don't you use smart effective training, but take it to the limit and see what happens when you come out the other side.
This training is based around endurance, core strength, blunt force trauma and explosive power, these attributes are very important for combat sports (e.g. boxing, mixed martial arts) and contact sports (e.g. rugby, rugby league etc) but not to say that there aren't other people that can benefit from increased core strength and functional power e.g. security, stunt men, policemen, firemen etc.
Conditioning itself is the ability to be able to maintain a high quality work rate with the same speed, power, agility and awareness at the start and maintain it to the end (round 1 - round 12).
Hard work and dedication has always been the blue print to achieve great things so why confuse it with complicated terms and jargon, and bring it back to what's worked all along, old fashioned hard work backed by modern research.
