Carefully open a package of M&M candies and pour them into a small
bowl. Select the first two volunteers. They will usually reveal
themselves by rising to the top of the heap. Place the two candies
together, between your thumb and forefinger, then squeeze until one of
them triumphs, crushing its foe. Eat the inferior M&M.
Pick a new contender to challenge the champion. Repeat the process
described above, destroying and eating the weaker candy, then reach into
the bowl for yet another challenger. Continue the duel until only a
single M&M remains.
Congratulations! You have now identified the ultimate champion. The Mars
Candy Company, in their constant effort to improve their product, might
be grateful if you would ship this warrior to them for breeding
purposes. Of course, that’s entirely up to you.
On a side note, you might be interested to learn that repeated testing has
revealed blue M&Ms to be an inferior species. Some believe they are
likely to eventually disappear from the gene pool, especially given the
superior strength consistently exhibited by brown and red candies. Only
time will tell. We Must save the blues
