Found this article and wanted to share with my coffee buddies. Coffee is a healthier source of energy than the ever so popular energy drinks.

\\\"Red Bull may claim to “give you wings” but drinking too much of the popular energy drink may also lead to heart damage, a study suggests.

A study of 30 university students aged between 20 and 24 years old found that drinking just one 250ml sugar-free can of the caffeinated energy drink increased the “stickiness” of the blood and raised the risk of blood clots forming.\\\"

Yeah, I work with young adults in an education setting, and the number who grab a "Red Bull" or a "Mother" or other strong caffeine soft drink during breaks is quite incredible. I had better go and get my second mug of coffee for the morning.

I'm guilty of the occasional "V" drink myself, it's amazing how much of these energy drinks the school students drink, especially now with the big 500ml cans - there have been a few fatalities from this stuff so it's a worry..

Red Bull and all the new energy drinks are so BAD for people. It makes coffee equal to drinking water almost (wink) and I drink leaded and unleaded. High levels of caffeine are bad for healthy folks, but if your body is weakened from anything... Look-Out... You are a time-bomb waiting to go off!

Gees...! If I didn't have my early morning coffee fix, I would probably have the shakes all day!

It is better than an alarm clock, coffee. It never keeps me awake. It just wakes me up. Instead of sleeping eight hours I sleep six, well maybe five. Plenty time to sleep when I'm dead.
Have had the shakes many times . Coffee being an appetite suppressant (you should of read my book ),empty stomach and coffee, shake all day.
